No parties. Stag, hen and student parties are not allowed, and between 10 pm and 6 am it is quiet. That keeps the house what it is: a place to work together and to unwind.
Programme ideas less than half an hour away
- Worriken, 2 kmThe sports and leisure centre on the lake: high ropes course, climbing wall, archery, SUP, kayak and sailing (May to September), e-bikes. Half-day sports programmes from 15 people, a village rally and a treasure hunt as a team assignment. Groups of 10 and more are best booked six weeks ahead.
- Nature, from the front doorThe walk around the lake is 11 km and flat. The High Fens are 20 minutes away: boardwalks across the moor, guides in four languages for groups of up to 25 people. By bike: the Vennbahn, 125 km of former railway line, ideal with e-bikes.
- Belgium Peak Beer, 17 minutesBrewery in Sourbrodt. Guided tour for groups of 10 to 20 people, three quarters of an hour, with a tasting afterwards. Wednesday to Sunday.
- Spa-Francorchamps circuit, 33 minutesTaxi Laps with a professional driver for groups from 10 people, a behind-the-scenes tour of the paddock and the podium from 20. During the 24 Hours of Spa the house books up quickly, so ask early.
- WinterCross-country skiing in Elsenborn, 8 minutes away: trails from 2 to 14 km, rental skis on site.

Practical
- During the week from one night, arrival Monday to Friday, all year round. Overnight stays only.
- Cook for yourselves in the fully equipped kitchen, or have it delivered: caterer Party Service Schmidt, the baker who delivers in the morning, restaurants in the village within walking distance.
- Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are included. Cleaning, energy and tourist tax are charged separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
- Sound system with a mixing desk, microphone and speakers on request (extra charge).
